If you don’t know any locals, getting weed in Constanta can be difficult, but not impossible. You’ll need to ask around, particularly among the natives. Club promoters, bartenders, and waiters may be able to assist you. You must exercise caution while dealing with gypsies, as they frequently try to defraud you. The price of weed varies, as visitors frequently pay more, but it is normally around 10 euros per gram. Hash is nearly tough to obtain.
